If you struggle to get to sleep no matter how hard you work that day then listen to these tips form this sleep deprivation blog. The thing to remember about sleep patterns is that they form into a habitual ritual. They aren’t easy to break at first so don’t give up.
Get some fresh air before you sleep. Take deep breaths out your window or go outside and walk around your garden breathing deeply (unless you have plant and flower allergies)
Go for a brisk walk.
switch off the tv at least an hour before bedtime.
switch off the stress- leave tomorrows problems until tomorrow.
Avoid caffeine and sugar in the evening.
Change your mattress to a memory foam mattress bed.
Be persistence in going to bed early.
If at first you don’t succeed, try, try and try again.
